Paisley

Description: a wisteria violet pastel neon cream

This had a fantastic formula, it was pretty much a one coater. It self leveled beautifully and just applied nicely. I do believe there is some neon pigment in this polish so it does dry down quickly as well as a little bit flat.

My photos show Pasiley in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.

Night Owl Lacquer has some of my favorite creme polishes by an indie brand so I immediately thought this would be similar to their pastel neon polish called Believe (Lite & Bright Collection) While these aren’t *exact* dupes, they are kinda similar. Believe is still available on the NOL website.
