Today I have swatches of a Color Spectrum Polish that is coming to the October/Halloween Le Petite Indies box. The theme for this box is No Tricks Just Treats! I recently became a full time swatches for Color Spectrum Polish and to say I’m pumped is an understatement! Spoiler alert, you are going to LOVE the upcoming releases by this brand! The Le Petite Indies box will be available on pre-order starting October 15th. I will have links and more sale information at the end of this post.
The Le Petite Indies is a holiday collaboration box hosted by Sassy Cats Lacquer. This month it features 7 different indie brands. Releases aren’t quite as often as other indie collabs and I believe the last box was back in March. As an indie polish fanatic, I love it when different brands get together like this so I’m happy Le Petite Indies has a new box available.
Disclaimer: I was sent this product as PR in exchange for photographs and an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. My photos were taken indoors with daylight bulbs, outdoors with natural light.
Color Spectrum Polish – Boos & Booze
Description: A pumpkin spice orange loaded with gold aurora shimmers, holo microflakies and scattered black holographic micro glitters.
Price: $12 for 13ml Cap: 50 bottles
Boos & Booze First off, the name of this polish is perfect! It has a fantastic and easy to use formula that I find myself expecting with all of the Color Spectrum polishes I’ve tried. The flakies and glitters spread out easily and don’t leave any texture. This is the perfect shade of orange for Halloween and this time of year! My photos show it in 3 coats. The third coat does deepen the color just a touch.
The shimmer/holo in this is GORGEOUS. Yes, all caps was necessary. Boos & Booze is very sparkly! Since it is a jelly polish, I did have visible nail line in direct lighting. It wasn’t as noticeable when I wasn’t in direct lighting. I think it will be less noticeable (but still there) on natural nails. Each bottle of Boos & Booze will come in a cute little trick or treating bag! *There will be a few different bags so your bag may not look exactly like mine.

I got the itch to do some nail art with this polish! For the gradient, I used Boos & Booze with a black linear holographic polish (Heather’s Hues Defiance). On top of that I stamped using Straight Up Black by Maniology (save 10% with my affiliate code NLN10) some skulls with a stamping plate that I found on Amazon. I can’t find the listing for it and it doesn’t seem to have a brand but the plate number is ‘XY-P07’. It didn’t come out *exactly* like I was picturing but I do like it!
Sale Information
The Le Petite Indies box will be open for pre-orders starting October 15th at 12am (midnight) Eastern time on the Sassy Cats Lacquer website. The sale period will be until the 19th. The Color Spectrum Polish I showed will be $11 USD and has a cap of 50 bottles. I believe items in the box will only be available individually. I haven’t seen any posts with a price for everything, if I see a listing on the website for the whole box I will update this post!
