Hey friends! This is the second of a total of 3 Fall 2022 collections that Zoya released this year. To be perfectly honest I think this one is the least interesting to me but I surprised myself by liking this collection!
Sorry, I’m getting ahead of myself, so this is the Cafe Cremes collection. I initially thought these were going to be very similar to China Glaze I Don’t Give A Sip! collection that was also released for Fall 2022 but the colors are totally different.
The Cafe Cremes collection is available now. If you’d like to pick them up at a discount and support my blog, check them out on BeyondPolish! As always, links and sale details can be found at the end of the post.

Biscuit
Description: Warm milky brown mocha with a peachy undertones
Biscuit had a fantastic formula. It was slightly on the thicker side but the perfect (IMO) consistency for a creme polish.
I knew when I bought this collection that this was going to be the color that I liked the least, and it was. This color just isn’t for me. I would say the description is accurate. It has very peachy undertones,
My photos show Biscuit in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.
Constance
Description: A deep plum cream with blue undertones
Constance had a fantastic formula. It also felt slightly on the thicker side but again, my preferred thickness for a creme polish.
I would call the base color on this one an almost eggplant purple. It’s not so dark that it will look black though. Wearing this one made me question why 1) I didn’t own any colors like it and 2) if I would wear a lipstick in this color.
My photos show Constance in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.
Kahula
Description: A gingerbread brown with warm reddish undertones
Kahula also had a fantastic formula. The base color on this polish I would say isn’t gingerbread at all, I would call it more a red clay like Sedona. This polish reminds me of colors I saw when I went on my trip to Arizona a few years ago.
This color spoke to me the least in the bottle and I kinda liked it on the nail. Like I don’t see myself reaching for this color but I also didn’t hate it.

Ophelia
Description: A cool, moody blackened brown cream
Ophelia had a beautiful formula. The base on this polish is so dark that it will appear black in low lighting. I found in my daytime indoor lighting, I could tell that it was a very dark brown but I’m sure Wayne would have called it black if I asked him.
I loved this shade on me. Out of the whole collection, with the exception of Bonnie, I was most excited for this shade and it didn’t disappoint. Basically how I wanted to feel swatching China Glaze’s My Broomstick Runs On Coffee, is how I felt wearing this polish.
My photos show Ophelia in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.
If you skipped getting My Broomstick Runs on Coffee because it was thin/watery, get this one. You won’t be disappointed.
Remmington
Description: A creamy natural darkened rosewood brown
Remmington felt slightly on the thicker side but I found application very easy. Colorwise, I was surprised that I was kinda digging this one on me.
My brain is telling me that this color has a hint more of a mauve tone added to a rosewood brown. It’s a beautiful color. I never would have picked out a color like this for myself so I am glad that I got to try it.
My photos show Remmington in 2 coats plus glossy top coat. Note, I had some transparency on the tip of my pointer finger as I didn’t wait long enough to add top coat my top coat brush picked up my still wet polish.
Bonnie
Description: A sheer and luminous rose gold topper which can be worn alone as a semi-textured glitter
Bonnie had a great formula. The base has a slightly pinky tone to it that I didn’t really love. I tend to prefer glitter toppers to have more of a clear base so that they don’t mess with the color of the polish I put them over.
I do think that this one is so lightly tinted that how much that pink tone affects your base will be minimal. The glitters all spread out very evenly without giving off a ton of texture. One coat of top coat smooths it out really nicely.
My photos shoe Bonnie in 2 coats plus glossy top coat. Removal will be on the more difficult side if you scrub it off. I soaked it off with no issues.
Bonus Skittle
I also did a skittle of all of the polishes together because 1) I was curious at how Bonnie looked over everything and 2) I wanted to. I got to wear this skittle for a few hours and really liked how it looked.
Final Thoughts
Going in to swatching this collection, I thought it was going to be pretty boring. I kinda expected a Cafe/Coffee themed collection to be all browns (think I Don’t Give A Sip’s color story) so I really appreciated that we got a purple, a vaguely mauvey color and a glitter topper.
When I finished swatching these I was pleasantly surprised at concluding that it was a great collection where everything was good on me in 2 coats.
My top picks were Bonnie and Ophelia.
