All Mixed Up Lacquers – Treasure Of The Seas
Inspiration: Crystal Treasures you find in the Ocean
Description: A sparkly aquamarine shimmer with notes of golden light blue, teal and seafoam green
Price: $12.50 for 15ml | Cap: 250
Treasure Of The Seas had a wonderful formula. It is on the more sheer side so you will want to build it up for opacity. The shimmer was very color shifty without showing brush strokes. In person, I was seeing a green, blue, purple color shift.
My photos show Treasure Of The Seas in 3 coats plus top coat. I also swatched it in 1 coat over Holo Taco’s Work Bestie (a purple creme).
Since this polish is a little sheer. I think it will be a solid 3 coater for the best opacity. It goes on very evenly, so if you don’t mind obvious VNL it’s passable in 2 coats.

Bee’s Knees Lacquer – Velaris
Inspiration: The city of starlight from the ACOTAR series
Description: a black to blue to purple multichrome with gold light reflective glitter. We recommend a glitter top coat for maximum sparkle, or you can use 2 coats of regular glossy top coat.
Price: $13 for 15ml | Cap: none
Velaris had a really great formula. The multichrome base was as described. I found the reflective glitters looked a little green to my eye.
My photos show Velaris in 3 coats plus 2 coats of top coat. I think this will either be a 3 coater unless you pair it with a dark opaque base.
For the smoothest finish, I would recommend pairing this polish with a glitter smoothing top coat before going in with your normal quick dry top coat. I used the Colores de Carol The Leveler (smoothing top coat) before going in with the Bee’s Knees Lacquer quick dry top coat.

Cameo Colours Lacquers – You’re Riding It, Dude!
Inspiration: The tubular sea turtles riding the EAC
Description: A muted ultramarine base, full of green/champagne/blush shimmer, scattered holo sparkle, with turquoise & gold metallic micro flakes and silver holo micro flakes
Each bottle will come with a small bag of green sea turtle-shaped glitter.
Price: $12.50 for 15ml | Cap: 200
**$1 from every bottle sold will be donated to Sea Turtle Conservancy**
You’re Riding It, Dude! had a fantastic formula. The base didn’t feel overly thick or thin and I didn’t have any application issues.
This polish is super sparkly and absolutely gorgeous. The flakies all spread out very evenly and easily without giving off any texture.
The sea turtle shaped glitters will give this polish quite a bit of texture. I found that the base is fairly opaque so if you layer the glitters between coats, they will be a bit obscured. For my swatches I added the turtles on the third coat of color and then went in with 2 coats of top coat. I had a tiny amount of texture still but not too bad. Depending on where you place the glitters and how curved your nails are will determine how textured the turtles are.
My photos show You’re Riding It Dude! in 3 coats plus top coat. I think this will be a 2-3 coater depending on personal preference.

Color Spectrum Polish – The Gift Of Beauty
Inspiration: Flora from Sleeping Beauty
Description: a red jelly with gold shimmer and reflective glitters
Price: $12.50 for 13ml | Cap: 115
The Gift Of Beauty had a beautiful jelly formula. The golden shimmer paired with the reflective glitters give it a really pretty sparkle.
I found in person, this was a true red that didn’t lean orange. My photos did lean a little orangey but in person, I found it didn’t look orange.
My photos show The Gift Of Beauty in 3 coats plus top coat. I did have some VNL with this polish. It was exaggerated a bit since the length of my nail is clear but I do see longer natural nails also having some VNL.

Crystal Knockout – Astrology Owl
Inspiration: Celeste from Animal Crossing
Description: A bright pink to pale pink thermal with matte navy stars, baby blue dots, and periwinkle and bright blue hex glitters
Price: $11 for 15ml | Cap: None
Astrology Owl had a pretty good formula. It did feel fairly thick but around what I would expect from a polish that has so much glitter in it. It applied really nicely and the glitters came out easily as well. I didn’t need to do any fishing or hold the bottle upside down to get the large circles or star glitters out.
The thermal aspect started changing on me right away. To my eye, the warm state is a pale cool toned baby pink and the cold state is magenta. I found once I warmed up my hands with a hairdryer, then I could see the warm state as a sheer/milky white.
My photos show Astrology Owl in 3 coats plus 2 coats of top coat. The glitters gave this polish quite a bit of texture so I did use 1 coat of a glitter smoothing top coat before going in with my quick dry top coat. Removal will be on the more difficult side if you try to scrub this polish off. I soaked it off with no issues.
I think if you are unfamiliar with applying chunky glitter polishes that this could potentially be a little difficult for a beginner due to the thickness from the glitters. I didn’t personally have any issues though.

Cupcake Polish – Very Peri
Inspiration: The Pantone 2022 Color Of The Year
Description: a periwinkle nail polish packed with reflective glitter and a tiny bit of holographic glitter for extra sparkle
Price: $13 for 15ml | Cap: None
Very Peri had a fantastic formula. The base didn’t feel overly thick at all despite being absolutely crammed with glitters. It is incredibly sparkly in person both with and without top coat.
The base color is a true periwinkle that didn’t lean purple or blue.
Between both types of glitter, this polish will dry down very textured. To get the smoothest finish possible, I would recommend pairing this polish with a glitter smoothing top coat before going in with a quick dry top coat. If you liked textured polishes, this without top coat will make you very happy!
Removal will be very messy and on the difficult side if you choose to scrub it off. I would recommend the soak off method or a peel off base coat.

Dam Polish – That Is America’s (butt)
Inspiration: Steve Rogers wielding Thor’s hammer
Description: a full coverage reflective glitter bomb with red, silver, and blue glitters. There are some silver and blue star glitters along with larger red and silver hex glitters. Under flash, this polish has a strong reflective effect that is absolutely blinding.
Price: $13 for 15ml | Cap: 300
That Is America’s (butt) had a really fantastic formula. When I say that this polish is sparkly, it is like supernaturally sparkly. The glitters give it quite a bit of texture. The star and circle glitters all came out very easily. I didn’t need to hold the bottle upside down or do any fishing for them.
Since this polish is in a clear base, it would also work well as a topper. I think the glitters are a little dense so I wouldn’t recommend using it over nail art but over a creme finish, it should work fine.
My photos show That Is America’s (butt) in 3 coats plus 2 coats of top coat. It dried down very textured so I used a glitter smoothing top coat before going in with my quick dry top coat.
If you like textured polishes, this might be good to wear without top coat. I found the star and circle glitters make for a very bumpy surface so while I do love textured polishes, I think this might be too textured for a textured polish.
Removal will be on the more difficult side. Soaking this off or pairing it with a peel off base coat will be the easiest way to remove it.

Fair Maiden Polish – Forbidden Fruit
Inspiration:
Description: an indulgent hot pink with pink-orange aurora shimmer, unexpectedly finished with black holo micro glitter
Price: $11.50 for 15ml | Cap: None
Forbidden Fruit had a really great formula. It was on the more sheer side so you want to build it up for the most opacity. I found after 3 coats, I did still have some visible nail line. This polish is sheer enough that it will also double as a topper.
The holographic glitters dry down slightly textured I found 1 coat of top coat smoothed it out completely. The shimmer effect in here was very strong and color shifty. In person, I was seeing a pink to gold to green color shift.
My photos show Forbidden Fruit in 3 coats plus top coat. I also swatched it in 1 coat over a black creme (Heather’s Hues Shadow).

Girly Bits Cosmetics – Universal Language
Inspiration: the owner Pam’s love for music
Description: a vibrant purple, loaded with pink shimmer and pink colour shifting flakes.
Price: $13.50 for 15ml | Cap: 250
Universal Language had a really great formula. The shimmer and flakies in here ar very color shifty. In person, I was seeing a pink, gold green color shift. The flakies all spread out very evenly without giving off any texture.
My photos show Universal Language in 3 coats. I think this will be a 2-3 coater depending on your nail length. The third coat adds opacity.
Removal won’t be overly difficult and I didn’t experience any staining.

Glisten & Glow – Amethyst Skies
Inspiration: Beautiful, vibrant purple skies that are rarely seen, but once experienced, are breathtaking and majestic.
Description: Amethyst purple polish loaded with a blend of reflective pigment. Under low lighting, a darker amethyst shade shines through with reflective sparkle. Under bright light or with the use of flash, the reflective sparkle morphs into a vibrant, lighter amethyst shade.
Price: $13 for 15ml | Cap: None
Amethyst Skies had a really great formula. It was on the thicker side but it applied very easily and I didn’t have any application issues. The reflective glitters give this polish quite a bit of texture so for a smooth finish I would recommend doubling up on top coat.
This polish had great coverage in 2 coats. So I think it will be a 2-3 coater depending on personal preference. The third coat did seem to deepen the base color just a tad.
My photos show Amethyst Skies in 3 coats plus 2 coats of top coat. I used both the Glisten & Glow top coat and Glitter Grabber. Removal will be on the more difficult and messy side due to the glitters. I used a peel off base coat (Holo Taco Peely Base) to remove this but soaking it off will also work.
Glisten & Glow Top Coat
Price: $8 for 15ml | Cap: None
I have sung the praises of this brand’s top coat time and time again. It is a go-to top coat for me while swatching as well as for normal manicures.
There’s a reason why it has gotten #1 in best top coat in the Indie Swatch awards multiple times!

Hearts & Promises – Bring On Spring
Inspiration: bright spring flowers
Description: a light gray magnetic crelly polish that leans light blue. It’s sprinkled with silver reflective glitter as well as assorted neon flakes and glitters
Price: $13 for 15ml | Cap: 300
Bring On Spring had fantastic formula. The neon glitters all spread out very evenly and easily. I didn’t need to hold the bottle upside down between coats or do any fishing to get the great coverage with the glitters. The magnetic effect was very strong and I found it easy to work with using a ring magnet.
I do think the magnetic effect in this polish is on the more subtle side. I can definitely see it on my nail but I feel like the glitters the stars of the show.
My photos show Bring On Spring in 3 coats. It was opaque on me in 2 coats but I used the third coat to magnetize the polish. On my ring finger I show the polish unmagnetized.

Heather’s Hues – In The Near ‘Fucshia’
Inspiration: a beautiful sunset on the beach
Description: A purple base filled with fuschia and purple holo microglitters and iridescent flakes in red-pink-orange-gold-green
Price: $12.50 for 15ml | Cap: None
In The Near ‘Fucshia’ had a fantastic formula. It started off a little sheer but it builds up for full opacity. The glitters and flakies all spread out very evenly. It is EXTREMELY holographic and sparkly!
This is a very dense glitter polish. While it doesn’t feel overly textured I did still use 2 coats of top coat to smooth it out.
My photos show In The Near ‘Fucshia’ in 3 coats plus top coat. Removal will be on the difficult/messy side if you try to scrub this polish off. I used a peel off base coat but soaking this off will also work.
Heather’s Hues – WiTS in Earl Grey Tea
Inspiration: a comforting mug of earl grey tea
Scent Description: a fresh and clean scent with top notes of black tea and bergamot zest, and hints of rose hips, violet and dried lily.
Price: $7 for 2 ounces | Cap: 100
As someone who doesn’t like drinking tea, I fully went in to sniffing this expecting to not like it at all. This has a really nice fresh and floral scent! I actually liked this particular fragrance so much I started keeping this jar on the coffee table in our tv room.
WiTS is my go-to lotion. This is another product that I constantly sing its praises. This lotion also won #1 spot for indie lotions in the Indie Swatch awards so obviously it’s not just me that loves this!

Jen & Berries – I Dreamed That I Was Racing
Inspiration: Julie Mao after being taken over by the protomolecule in the expanse
Description: Light aqua crelly with aqua shimmer, black and holographic flakies.
Price: $12.50 for 12.5ml | Cap: 120
I Dreamed That I Was Racing had a really great formula. It started off a little sheer but I found it reached full opacity. The flakies all spread out very evenly without giving off texture. They gave the polish a really nice sparkle.
I feel like this polish leans just slightly in the light blue to light aqua category depending on the lighting.
My photos show I Dreamed That I Was Racing in 3 coats plus top coat. I could see very short nails getting away with 2 thicker coats. Removal won’t be overly difficult or messy.

KBShimmer – Beach You To It
Inspiration: Caribbean blue water
Description: a bold blue reflective shade filled with color shifting shimmer. In lower lighting, turquoise and strong green shimmer come out to play, while in more direct light a sky-blue base is accented by gold and lime shimmer. A silver reflective pigment catches the light, for an amazing sparkle that increases as light does.
Price: $11 for 15ml | Cap: None
Beach You To it had a fantastic formula. It was on the thicker side but it applied very evenly and easily. It was also very opaque. I think short nails will likely be good in 1 coat. The shimmer effect was very strong and color shifty. I was seeing the colors as described.
Due to the reflective pigment, this polish will dry down very textured. If you like textured polishes, this will be really fun to wear without top coat. It will also have a slightly matte look on the nail. If you prefer a smooth glossy finish, you will want to go in with 2 coats of top coat. I paired this polish with a glitter smoothing top coat before going in with my regular quick dry top coat.
My photos show Beach You To It in 2 coats plus 2 coats of top coat. Removal will be on the difficult and messy side, I soaked this off with no issues.
This polish is also very pigmented so I would recommend doubling up on base coat if your nails are prone to staining.
KBShimmer – Sugar Scrub
Inspiration: vanilla desserts
Description: soft off white scrub scented with a rich vanilla bean fragrance. Heavy notes of vanilla are smoothed out by notes of sweet cream. Bottom notes of dark caramel lift the vanilla notes for a heady blend that will invite you to sniff again. This is no simple vanilla, but lush and creamy for a scrub you will not want to run out of.
Price: $10 for 9.5 ounces | Cap: None
I feel like in all of the years I have been purchasing this sugar scrub and the past year of getting it in PR, I have never had a vanilla scented version! As someone who LOVES vanilla, this one made me very happy. It’s a very creamy vanilla scent.

Krisable Designs – To Key Or Not To Key?
Inspiration: the Harley Quinn key from the Locke and Key graphic novels/TV series.
Description: black jelly base with red metallic flakes and red/gold ucc flakes
Price: 12.50 for 15ml | Cap: 100
To Key Or Not To Key? had a really great jelly formula. It started off pretty sheer and slightly uneven but it built up really nicely. The flakies all spread out very evenly and easily without giving off any noticeable texture. The flakies also really pop from the black base.
Since this polish is on the more sheer side, I did have some VNL after 3 coats. I *think* depending on thickness of coats, natural nails might have some VNL under direct lighting in particular.
My photos show To Key Or Not To Key? in 3 coats plus both glossy and matte top coat. I also swatched it in 1 coat over a black creme (KBShimmer’s Total Eclipse).

Prismatic Spring had fantastic formula. The base didn’t feel overly thick or thin and I didn’t have any application issues.

Price: $12.50 for 15ml | Cap: 150
Change Is Beautiful had a fantastic formula. It went on buttery smooth and I didn’t have any application issues. The shimmer was color shifty and as described. I did see some brush strokes through the shimmer once the polish was dry.
In person, this Change Is Beautiful seemed like a pearlescent/shifty shimmer.

My Indie Polish – Because Of Or In Spite Of
Inspiration: Tanya’s weight loss journey
Description: A grey Crelly with All of my favourite glitters. Comes with a bag of glitter
Price: $13 for 15ml | Cap:
Because Of Or In Spite Of had a fantastic formula The glitters all spread out very easily. I found the larger glitters do have a tendency to sink to the bottle. So to get the larger ones out on the nail, holding the bottle upside down between coats will be your best bet.
For my photos, I did very minimal glitter placement. I did a little bit of dabbing but for the most part what you see is just from holding the bottle upside down. For my live swatch, I did a lot of glitter placement.
The polish does come with a little baggy of the flower, heart and star glitters to do glitter placement with. For my photos, I actually forgot about the bag until I had already done 3 coats. So I stuck about 4 glitters onto my nails and top coat.
My photos show Because Of Or In Spite Of in 3 coats plus 2 coats of top coat. I was really surprised at how smooth this polish dried down. I did use a glitter smoothing top coat but I don’t think it was 100% necessary.

Inspiration: Green Fairy from Sleeping Beauty
Description: A spring green crelly with gold/green/copper shimmer and holo flakies!
Price: $12.50 for 12ml | Cap: 200
Well, She Can’t Be That Bad had a fantastic formula. It starts off a little sheer but it builds up really nicely. The shimmer effect is very glowy and has a nice color shift to it.
The holographic flakies were very holographic, even in more normal lighting. They all dry down smooth.
My photos show Well, She Can’t Be That Bad in 3 coats plus top coat. Nothing in here will dry textured or be difficult to remove.

Description: a pond green jelly with iridescent lime green flakes and green-blue flakes
Price: $12 for 12ml | Cap: 100
Pond-er-ing Sping had a great jelly formula. It started off a little sheer but it built up really nicely. The shade of green leans a little on the prugly side but it looks so good paired with the flakies! The flakies all spread out very evenly without giving off any texture.
My photos show Pond-er-ing Spring in 3 coats plus both glossy and matte top coat. I think this one will be a solid 3 coater to get the most opacity. I did have some VNL with this polish.

Description: A purple thermal cold, when warm will change to a twinkling silver linear holo with a red shimmer and blue/green/purple and pink UCC and ghost flakies
Price: $12.50 for 15ml | Cap: 300
Girls Night Out had a really great formula. It felt slightly on the thicker side but not usually so for a flakie filled thermal. The flakies all spread out very evenly without giving off texture. The linear holographic base was very holographic.
I found the thermal aspect started changing on me right away. Both colors were as described.
My photos show Girls Night Out in 3 coats plus 1 coat of the Sassy Sauce Polish top coat. I used 3 coats for my photos but it was opaque on me in 2 coats.

Inspiration: The maker’s zodiac sign, Pisces
Description: a bright blue jelly filled with a contrasting aurora shimmer that shifts through purples and oranges, and a sprinkling of copper and iridescent indigo glitters.
Price: $13 for 15ml | Cap: 160
I, Pisces had a wonderful jelly formula. It starts off a little sheer but the coverage is very even. I think this has some potential to be used as a topper. The shimmer was very strong and glowy. I was mainly seeing the orange color shift in person.
The glitters in here spread out very evenly without giving off noticeable texture. I don’t think a glitter smoothing top coat will be necessary for this polish.

Description: A black to red multichrome base with magnetic multichrome pigment and silver holographic and reflective
Price: $15 for 15ml | Cap: 200
Cosmic Love had a fantastic formula. The base is a little bit on the sheer side so you will want to build it up for opacity. The holographic and reflective pigment give this polish a pretty sparkle.
The multichrome was very color shifty. In person, this looks like a black, blue, purple to red color shift polish. I magnetized this polish easily using both a ring magnet and a bar magnet. My photos show using the ring magnet and my live swatch was done with a bar magnet.
My photos show Cosmic Love in 3 coats plus top coat. I magnetized only the 3rd coat.
