1422 Designs – Have Your PEEPS Cake and Eat It Too

Inspiration: Birthday Peeps
Description: A bubblegum pink polish with purple-pink-orange shifting shimmer and matte glitters in purple, blue, pink, green and yellow

Have Your PEEPS Cake and Eat It Too had a great crelly formula. It didn’t feel thick at all. The glitters spread out really nicely on their own so you do not need to do anything special for great coverage. They are very small and only give off a very slight amount of texture. This polish reminded me of strawberry funfetti frosting.

This applies really nicely. In 2 coats, it is passable but I found that I had some light spots in a few places. I found the third coat does deepen the color. I only needed 1 coat of top coat to smooth this out completely. Removal will be a little tricky if you scrub this one off.

Color Spectrum Polish – Chillin With My Peeps

Inspiration:
Description: A creamy baby blue base loaded with lots of blue shimmers and scattered yellow holo glitters

Chillin With My Peeps had a great creme formula. It didn’t feel thick at all and was very opaque. It wasn’t quite a 1 coater on me but I think shorter nails *might* be able to get away with 1 thick coat. Since this is so opaque, I found the glitters and shimmers are more delicate on the nail thus hard to photograph accurately.

I found this an uncanny polish representation to “peeps blue”! I used 2 coats for my photos. Nothing in here dries textured or was difficult to remove.

Note: this polish does not like being overworked. I didn’t have any application issues but just know, if you overwork this, you might need a third coat.

Geekish Glitter Lacquer – Peeps Party

Inspiration: Confetti cake peeps
Description: A white crelly base with a mix of pastel purple, pink, blue and red glitters if varying shapes and sizes

Peeps Party had a great crelly formula. It was slightly on the thicker side but not unusually so for a glitter crelly. The glitters spread out easily on their own and I didn’t need to hold the bottle upside down or do any glitter placement.

This had good coverage in 2 coats but I had a few light spots. The third coat gave me perfect opacity. This did dry down pretty textured so I used a coat of a glitter eating top coat before my final QDTC to get a perfectly smooth finish.

This will be difficult to remove so I recommend soaking it off or using a peel off base coat.

Red Eyed Lacquer – Smore Peeps Please

Inspiration: Root beer peeps
Description: A brown crelly with lime green shifting shimmer and gold shifting flakies

Smore Peeps Please had a great formula. It had a normal consistency and applied really nicely. I just love the base color paired with the green shimmer! This polish is just a hair lighter than I would call milk chocolate but it is definitely a chocolatey brown.

Browns tend to lean a little red on me so I feel my matte photos are the most color accurate. I really love the base color paired with the green shimmer! I used 3 coats for my photos. Nothing in here dries textured or will be difficult to remove.

Note: When I received this, it was supposed to be a magnetic polish. Bianca ended up changing it from a magnetic polish.

Swamp Gloss – Watermelon Sugar

Inspiration: Sour watermelon peeps
Description: A neon green jelly with red/peach/orange shimmer and matching iridescent flakies with a uv charges green glow

Watermelon Sugar had a great jelly formula. This is a VERY bright neon polish! It is slightly sheer so it will need to be built up for opacity. It applies very smoothly and the flakies look amazing paired with this base.

There will be some slight VNL with this polish. I found going in for thicker coats hid that for the most part. I used 3 coats for my photos. The glow in the dark pigment seems to be pretty strong. I charged this up with a blacklight flashlight for a few seconds to get my photos. After about a half hour, my bottle still seemed to still be pretty glowy.
