Hi friends! Today’s second blog post is for a new charity box that is debuting in April. The box is being run by Deepika (@Deepika5 on Instagram) and it features 10 indie brands with $5 from each bottle sold going towards raising money for brain cancer research.

Bee’s Knees Lacquer – I Miss You Every Day
Inspiration: Sarah’s cousin who she lost to childhood brain cancer when he was 14/Spongebob
Description: a pineapple yellow polish with both large and small particle blue to purple shimmer

I Miss You Every Day had an amazing formula. It does start off and stays fairly sheer so you will want to build it up for the most opacity or pair this with an opaque base.
The shimmer is very strong and was exactly as described. I did notice a few pigment specks but nothing out of the norm for this type of shimmer. I loved the shimmer by the way. It was exactly as described.
I will fully admit, I wasn’t really a fan of the base color on this polish. Sheer yellows aren’t really for me. I feel like the coloring of this didn’t flatter me very much.
My photos show in 3 coats plus glossy top coat. This is sheer enough that you can use it as a topper.
