Press Samples, affiliate links used – post disclosure page
Hi friends! Today’s blog post is for a new batch of re-release polishes from Cirque Colors. When I saw the press release for this collection I did a happy dance. One of the polishes in this collection has been on my ISO list for a minute. The polishes in this collection are some of the brand’s most popular polishes that were sadly discontinued from years past.
The Creme de la Creme collection is available right now on the Cirque Colors website. These are all specially priced at only $10.50. You can use my affiliate code NicoleLovesNails on these shades. I’ll have more sale information at the end of the post.

still working on the video but it’s coming!
Blushing Queens
Description: a raspberry pink crème
I found Blushing Queens leans a little bit in the crelly family so there is a tiny bit of VNL with this shade. I didn’t see a huge difference in coverage between the first coat and second.
My Blushing Queens in 2 coats plus glossy top coat. This is the first of the polishes that I had owned back when Cirque Colors had the skinny brush and I gotta say application feels GREATLY improved with the wide paddle brush.
Golightly
Description: a robin egg blue crème
Golightly is one of the polishes in this collection that I had been keeping an eye out for in destashes. It is so beautiful! Formula was on the thicker side and it was a 1 coater on me.
My photos show Golightly in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.
Hustle
Description: chartreuse yellow crème
This one is going to be one of those polishes that people either love or hate. I obviously am in the loves it group. This is a really 1970s style chartreuse.
The formula was a bit on the thicker side and was just shy of being a one coater. I owned this shade previously with a skinny brush and once again, I feel like application was improved with the rounded brush.
My photos show Hustle in 2 coats. I have worn this one in the past with longer nails and used 3 coats back then so I will call this a 2-3 coater depending on your nail length.
I will warn that this is a potential stainer. I have worn this previously on my natural nails and I for sure had some greenish staining.
High Line
Described: a light blue-lavender crème
High Line is another one of the shades that I had previously tried years back. I honestly had disliked the formula on it enough that I destashed my original bottle. The formula is MUCH improved with the wide paddle brush.
I was shocked at this having a great but thicker formula because I distinctly remember it being thin, streaky and hard to make look good. I am currently thinking it’s one of two things
- it’s easier to work with because of the (in my opinion)better brush
- it’s easier to work with because I am a more seasoned polisher than I was when I originally bought it
To be frank, I think both of these are likely factors for the improved application experience. I do think this is going to be one of those polishes that if you overwork it (which I often do) you will cause problems for yourself as far as how this looks.
My photos show High Line in 2 coats plus glossy top coat. This shockingly was one coater on me.
Jane on Jane St
Description: a mauve pink crème
Jane on Jane St. just screams fall to me. I feel like we see shades like this a lot in fall collections. Formula was really good and really close to being a one coater.
I did notice that this one dries down just slightly darker than it initially applies. My photos show Jane on Jane St. in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.
Key to Gramercy
Description: a blue-leaning light mint green crème
I think where Cirque was describing this polish as blue leaning is that it is very cool toned. It’s firmly in the mint green category to my eye though.
My photos show Key To Gramercy in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.
Rhapsody in Blue
Description: a cobalt-periwinkle blue crème
I am SO happy that Rhapsody in Blue has come back! This was one of the first Cirque Colors polishes that I ever bought back in 2016. I do find that the 2025 formula is a little bit thicker than my bottle from 2016. My older bottle is a 2 coater with a thin to medium thickness and the 2025 bottle is a one coater and thick (not too thick IMO).
My photos show Rhapsody In Blue in 2 coats plus glossy top coat.
EDIT: This polish has a very slight purple/periwinkle tone to it. I really struggled color correcting this one and don’t feel 100% happy with it to be perfectly honest.
This polish is not a dupe for Mile High Club from last year’s Vice collection. Rhapsody In Blue is a bit darker and has that slight periwinkle/purple tone to it.
Strawberry Fields
Description: a cool-toned bright red crème
Strawberry Fields is one of those red cremes that leans very much in the jelly/crelly department. Coverage is really great and even on the first coat and I didn’t see a massive difference between the first and second coats. I opted to only swatch this one in 2 coats for that reason as I didn’t think that it was actually going to reach full opacity.
This is more of a true red than the pinky red that is Blushing Queens. It doesn’t seem very seasonal to me but I could see this being used any time of year.
My photos show Strawberry Fields in 2 coats plus glossy top coat. This dries down very glossy and squishy looking.
Sunset Park
Description: a coral crème
Sunset Park is going to be a 2-3 coater depending on your application style as well as your base coat. I forgot to add a smoothing base over my peel off base coat while doing my swatches and noticed on the nails that didn’t have a smoothing base coat, that I needed 3 coats to even everything out. However, on the nails that did have a smoothing base, I only need 2 coats.
Whitney
Description: a dusty pale lilac-pink crème
I fully expected Whitney to be pretty streaky and unpleasant to work with but it applied surprisingly well for such a light shade. I opted to swatch this one in 2 careful coats but if you are on team I Overwork Nail Polish, you might need a third coat.
Final Thoughts
Despite all of these polishes coming out in different seasons and collections, the overall color story looks really nice and cohesive. As I have said multiples times in the post, I am SO happy that Cirque Colors has opted to bring so many discontinued shades back.
Obviously, my top picks are going to be GoLightly (so happy this is finally mine!), Rhapsody In Blue and Hustle. Which polish(es) are your favorites? If you’re a fan of Cirque’s cremes don’t forget to check out their new Vice collection!

Just a heads up, Cirque did announce that they will be increasing their prices on their specialty finish polishes starting on June 1st. According to the email that went out the majority of the catalog won't be affected. I am guessing these cremes likely won't be part of the pricing increase but I wanted to mention it all the same.
