[Press Samples – Post Disclosure Page]
Hello friends! Today I have swatches for the newest Talk Indie To Me Box. This box is pretty much fall in a nutshell and I LOVE IT! The color story is just perfect.
These polishes will be available on September 17th on the Lacquer Is In The Air website. As always, sale information plus comparisons will be at the end of the post.

The Talk Indie To Me box is a bimonthly creme collaboration between Zombie Claw Polish and Lacquer Is In The Air.
Lacquer Is In The Air – Last Light
Description: a light gray creme
Last Light had a good formula. It did feel just a little bit on the chalky side. I had a little bit of an issue applying it on the first coat but the second coat went on much better. I’m not 100% sure if my base coat wasn’t dry enough or if it was an actual issue with the polish. This polish doesn’t like being overworked so be sure not to go over the same area too many times. It does self level out really well though.
This polish is such a light gray that I would probably call it an off white, or even a dirty white. I found that in natural lighting, it pulled a little blue toned. Depending on your application, this will be a 2-3 coater. I can see this polish being a solid 2 coater on short nails with careful application. I used 3 coats for my photos.
Bonus photo with one of our chickens making an appearance. I included some video of our chickens in my live swatch video for this release.
Lacquer Is In The Air – Red Sky At Night
Description: an orange toned red creme
Red Sky At Night had a great formula. It had that almost crelly like formula red cremes tend to have. It applied very smoothly and self leveled well. The description for this polish is spot on, it’s a very orange toned red.
I think on short nails this will be a 2 coater. I had some transparency on the clear part of my nail so I used 3 coats for my photos. I didn’t experience any staining with this polish.

Zombie Claw Polish – Pernicious
Description: a pumpkin bright orange creme
Pernicious had a beautiful formula. This polish was on the crelly side so you will want to build it up for full opacity. This is the perfect pumpkin orange shade! This polish also self leveled really well.
My photos show Pernicious in 3 coats. I could see shorter nails being able to get away with 2 coats but if you have much of a free edge, you will likely want to use 3 coats. I didn’t have any problems with staining.
Zombie Claw Polish – Lethal
Description: a deep gray creme
Lethal also had a beautiful almost crelly like formula. This applied really well and self leveled nicely. The color of this polish is such a dark color that depending on the lighting, it will look black.
This will be a 2-3 coater depending on preference. My photos show it in 3 coats. I also used this as a base for the Night Owl Lacquer September PPU topper in 2 coats. For personal wear, I think I would wear this in 2 coats.

But Do They Stamp?
While these aren’t marketed as stamping polishes, I decided to give them a go at stamping anyway. The only one that I would really say would work for stamping is the light gray polish. T
