Hey y’all! Today’s post is for the newest Talk Indie To Me box! The TITM box has been revamped, and now it will be released bi-monthly with 4 creme polishes. Sabrina from Zombie Claw Polish is now joined with Stacie from Lacquer Is In The Air.
For May, the inspiration was a photo of cherry lime mixed drink. As always, I will have all of the information at the end of this post.

Lacquer Is In The Air – Punch
Description: a pinky red cream
Punch had a great formula. It has that slightly jelly/crelly feel red cremes often have. The shade of red makes me think of a summer red. I wasn’t really seeing the pinky side to this red in person.
This had really good coverage in 2 coats. I had just a couple of light spots towards my tips so I went in for a 3rd coat. I don’t think that would be an issue for shorter nails. I didn’t have any application issues or experience staining.
Lacquer Is In The Air – Drunk
Description: a dark forest green
Drunk also had a wonderful formula. This is a deep green polish. In very low lighting, it might see black but in normal lighting, it is a dark green. It was slightly on the thicker side but what I would expect from an opaque indie creme.
I used 2 coats for my photos. Shorter nails might be good in 1 coat. I didn’t have any formula or application issues and didn’t experience staining.

Zombie Claw Polish – Drunken Watermelon
Description: a watermelon flamingo pink cream
Drunken Watermelon had a wonderful formula. This shade of pink is literally my favorite type of pink!
This had great coverage in 2 coats. I did go in for a third coat due to some transparency on my tips but I think that’s just due to my nails being clear. I think most people would be good in 2 coats with this polish.
Zombie Claw Polish – Sugar High
Description: a parakeet green
Sugar High had a great formula. This is a fun summer-y green polish. I loved this shade of green.
I used 3 coats for this one. I had some light spots towards my tips but I think shorter nails will good in 2 coats.
Note: I did have some bits of unmixed pigment in my bottle. I mentioned it to Sabrina so it shouldn’t be an issue for customer batches.

Final Thoughts
I just LOVED how bright and fun this month’s box is! I loved it so much, I actually did some nail art with these. To see how I did the nail art, check out my tutorial over on my YouTube channel. I also have a blog post up with photos of the design here.
If I was going to pick a favorite from the box, it would be Drunken Watermelon. I love pink so it was the obvious choice.
