Hey nail friends! I have another quick blog post today for the April Polished Gamers Box. As someone who has been obsessed with Animal Crossing for years, I am particularly really really (really) excited about the theme for this month’s box!

The Polished Gamers Box aka PGB is a bi-monthly collaboration between handmade indie brands. Each month has a different theme and themes are always related to gaming.
Geeky Bee’s Nail Colours – Superfast Flyer
Inspiration: The Agrias Butterfly from Animal Crossing.
Description: A black crelly with pink and purple/blue crystal flakies and pink holo & purple iridescent micro glitter
Price: $12.50 for 15ml | Cap: 30
Superfast Flyer had a pretty good formula. It was on the thicker side of normal but I didn’t have any application issues. The black base started out a little uneven and sheer so I think this will likely be a solid 3 coater.
The flakies and glitters all spread out very evenly with only giving off a but of texture. I did end up pairing it with a glitter smoothing top coat (KBShimmer’s Smooth Moves) but I don’t think that was 100% necessary.
My photos show Superfast Flyer in 3 coats plus both glossy and matte top coat. Personally, I LOVED this one matte. I feel like the colors really do look like the inspiration from the game which makes me very happy.
Removal won’t be overly difficult but as per usual, I would still recommend soaking this one off for the easiest removal. I used a peel off base coat (Holo Taco Peely Base).

The Polished Gamers Box opens for orders on the 15th of every other month at 12PM Mountain time on the website, PolishedGamersBox.com. The sale period closes on the 20th at 10PM Mountain time.
