Hey friends! So I know I have been raving about Falloween everything lately BUT I have a super quick blog post for a technically summer collection to share with you all.
This collection was initially released a few years ago but due to popular demand, it was brought back this past summer. Since I had been eyeing this collection for quite a while, I was super excited to hear it was making a return. I was planning on buying this collection but Lindsay from Night Owl Lacquer offered to send it my way instead.
So this is a 6 piece neon pastel collection called Lite & Bright, which is perfectly named. I personally believe that neons are perfect all year round and honestly pastel neons make for some really fun cute but spooky nail art. I also have swatches for another bright polish which I believe was originally a creme of the month release.
Since all of these polishes have the exact same formula and application, I will do one long final thoughts area instead of giving my thoughts on each individual polish. These are all available right now and as always, links and sale info can be found at the end of the post.

Final Thoughts
For all of my swatches, I used 2 coats plus the Night Owl Lacquer glossy top coat (note: top coat was gifted from the brand). Although with Imagine, I did add a third coat as I had a couple of light spots. I think for shorter nails, these will all be 1-2 coaters.
Formula wise, these are all just slightly on the thicker side but what I have come to expect with the opaque NOL creme formula. I find application buttery smooth and these all self leveled like a dream! Since there are neons, they do also glow under blacklight.
If you need to know one thing about my polish preferences, neons (and neon pastels) are ALWAYS colors that I love. And the Night Owl Lacquer creme formula is always perfect. This brand has my favorite creme formula out of all of the indie brands.
My top picks from this release are going to just be based on my own color preferences. Persist, Inspire, and Imagine are my top picks but like seriously, I loved all of these polishes.
