Hello again friends! Today’s post is for a gorgeous fall holographic collection by Glisten & Glow! The colors Jill picked out are just perfect for this time of year. This collection launches on September 17th on the Glisten & Glow website. For those of you outside of the US, Rainbow Connection will also be getting this release.
All of the polishes in this release have the exact same wonderful formula so I will talk about them at the end of the post. As always, sale details and links will be at the end of the post.

Fall Aboard
Description: tomato red holographic polish with added holo micro flakes
Fall Aboard is a true tomato red polish. I used 3 coats for my photos.
Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice
Description: burnt orange holographic polish with added holo micro flakes
Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice is a medium orange shade. I would say it is a perfect fall orange. This polish is just as holographic as the other polishes in this release BUT the sun disappeared behind a cloud when I went to get my outdoor shots so it looks less holo in my photos.
I used 2 coats for my photos.
For The Love Of Gourd
Description: harvest yellow holographic polish with added holo micro flakes
For The Love Of Gourd is a bright yellow shade. I found it looked *slightly* more golden on me than it did in the bottle. It’s not a dark as a mustard yellow but it’s also not as bright as a sunshine yellow. I used 3 coats for my photos.
Leaf Me Alone
Description: medium green holographic polish with added holo micro flakes
Leaf Me Alone is true to the description. It’s a medium green in person. I could see this being used as a grass green in nail art. I used 3 coats for my photos.
Final Thoughts
I LOVED this collection! I am fully in the fall mindset and this collection really gave me the fall vibes I was looking for. All of the polishes had great formulas. None felt overly thick or thin and I had zero application issues. None of the polishes stained my nails but I was also wearing a base coat with all of them. These didn’t dry down quite as flat as most linear holo polishes so I would recommend top coat for a glossy finish.
These will all be 2-3 coaters depending on the thickness of coats and nail length. I found Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice was *slightly* more opaque than the other polishes so that will likely be a 2 coater on most people. I think for personal wear I would likely just wear these in 2 coats as seeing some VNL doesn’t really bother me.
Nail Art
This collection inspired me to use my one and only Fall themed stamping plate (What’s Up Nails B053). I LOVE this turned out! I showed how I did this design in my live swatch video for this release.
