Fancy Gloss – Neon Sparks Collection

[Press Samples – Post Disclosure Page]

Hello friends! Today I am sharing a super exciting collection from Fancy Gloss! This is their 6 piece Neon Sparks collection. When I saw Jackie (owner/maker) post teasers for this collection in the fan group, I immediately knew that I HAD to have it! Luckily for me, Jackie was kind enough to send this over to me to review.

All of the polishes in this release have the exact same formula. I will go over all of my thoughts on these at the end of the post. As always, sale details will be at the end of the post.

Final Thoughts

All of the polishes in this collection had fantastic jelly formulas. They are just a hair on the thicker side but around what I would expect from a polish with so much glitter. They are slightly on the sheer side so they will need to be built up in 3 coats. You might be able to get away with 2 thick coats if you have very short nails. On my dominant (short) hand, I found in 2 coats, I didn’t quite get that depth of color that I was seeing in the bottle but it was passable.

These are *very* holographic as well blacklight reactive. None of my blacklight photos were turning out right so unfortunately, I don’t have photos for them under black light. I know, it bums me out too.

Removal will be on the tricky and messy side. I have found that these mini bar glitters tend to like to get stuck in the “cuticle crevice” around the nail during removal. Soaking these off will give you minimal problems and will be significantly less messy than trying to scrub them off.

Neon Yellow Sparks is the sheerest out of the collection. Being a yellow, that isn’t terribly surprising. Depending on thickness of coats, there might be some potential for VNL. I think the yellow and green would be the ones most likely to give VNL with thin coat.

Blue Confetti

Description: Blue (cold) to white (warm) packed with blue/green/teal/copper/gold/red/pink/purple clear flakes.
Price: $12

This polish is also new to the Fancy Gloss website. I didn’t want to make a separate post for it, so I am tucking it in with this one! I used 3 coats for my photos. This had a fantastic formula.
