Hello my friends! This is the first of three blog posts going up over the next couple of hours featuring Bee’s Knees Lacquer. They are releasing quite a few things this month!
So this polish is a Facebook group custom for the All The Polishes group. This will be available starting on Friday along with the Radio Rental collection and 3 charity polishes.

Bee’s Knees Lacquer is a US based indie brand. Their polishes are in 15ml bottles, 5 free, cruelty free and vegan friendly.
In Good Spirits
Description: a pale mauve with extra sparkly red to orange to gold shimmer and a ton of holo flakes
(sibling to Lion With a Thorn In It’s Paw)
In Good Spirits had a fantastic formula. The base color on this one is a super light pinky mauve shade. It plays beautifully with the shimmer and holo flakies!
It does start off a little sheer so you will want to build it up for opacity. If you aren’t super picky and/or have short nails, you might be ok in 2 coats. However, the third coat does make this completely opaque as well as deepening the base color.
The holo flakies do not give off any texture and look amazing out in the sunlight. If you don’t mind killing the holographic effect, this will look great with a matte top coat.
As a pink lover as well as a lover of all of the A Lion With A Thorn In It’s Paw sibling polishes, I freaking love this polish!
My photos show In Good Spirits in 2 coats plus glossy top coat. Removal won’t give you too much trouble but y’all know I never really reccomend scrubbing polishes off. Check out this blog post on the soak off method if you would like a quick how to on removing polish off the easy way!
Comparison
If this polish is reminding you of The Lius Remember (Only A Monster collection), it’s not just you. I thought these were going to be more similar than they ended up being. TLR is a bit more vibrant and more purpley. This one leans more pink toned.

In Good Spirits will be available starting on Friday September 30th on the Bee’s Knees Lacquer website. However, you will need to be a member of the All The Polishes Facebook group to pick this one up as well as to access the secret link to the listing.
For my Canadian friends, I am told that Girly Bits Cosmetics will also have this polish available on Friday!
